However, you may have to complete your clinical practice at one of their designated health care agencies. The University of North Carolina at Wilmington offers an option in which you can complete your RN to BSN degree program in 12 months, which is equal to three semesters. Your clinical practice can be completed at your particular place of employment, and there are six different start dates all throughout the year. The University of Central Florida, or UCF, has an in-state tuition fee of $2,522 ($10,126 out of state) and has the option for you to be able to obtain your degree in just three semesters, but it can take up to ten depending on how many classes you are willing to take per term.
